Monday 9am to 12pm
Tuesday and Thursday 9am to 12pm AND 1pm to 3:30pm

Financial assistance, food pantry, invest in yourself program, employment services, education, and special opportunities
Eligibility Requirements
Utility Assistance:
-Resident of Irving for at least 6 months
-Been at current address for at least 3 months
-Utility must have been opened for a minimum of at least 90 days
-Must have earned income and can show that you can normally pays bills
-Cannot have received any other utility or rent assistance within the past 13 months
Rent Assistance:
-All prior months rent must be paid
-Resident of Irving for at least 6 months
-Been at current address for at least 3 months
-Must have lease with everyone living in the household on it
-Must have earned income equal or more than current rent and be able to show that you normally pay rent on your own
-Cannot have received any other rent assistance within the past 5 years
-Cannot have received any other electric assistance within the past 13 months
Food Pantry:
-Must be a citizen of Irving and have proof of residence
-Photo ID
-Proof of identity of others in household
Application Process
Apply ONLY on the phone. Please call and ask to speak to a case manager to begin the intake process.
Limits
Food Pantry:
-First 40 families per each time slot are given access to pantry
-Households are allowed 12 visits per year
