Eligibility Requirements

Based on TEXCAP guidelines
-One acceptable form of identification (I.D., passport, library card with photo, etc.)
-One acceptable form of verification (Utility bill, lease, water, or electric bill) MUST be within the past 60 days

Application Process

Must complete an form that can be found on the website under the "Get Help' tab.

Limits

Can only serve one person per household
