| Services Provided | These programs provide emergency financial assistance to individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS and who are experiencing a temporary financial crisis, are homeless or at risk of imminent homelessness. |
| Eligibility Requirements | Must be living with HIV/AIDS diagnoses, reside in Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Hunt, Kaufman, or Rockwall county. Must be unable to pay bills and be listed on the lease/ utlity account (for utility bills). Cannot reside in HUD-subsidized housing (Section 8, HOPWA TBRA or other HUD housing) |
