Eligibility Requirements

-Live in Addison, Carrollton, Coppell, Farmers Branch, and the City of Dallas in Denton County (75287)
-Picture I.D. or Birth Certificate for all members of the household
-Proof of address (Lease or mortgage)
-Proof of income

Application Process

Food Pantry: Fill out application online in order to schedule an appointment for the food pantry

Housing Stability: Fill out application online and a team member will contact you back within five business days to discuss your request

Limits

Complete assistance application online and a case manager will contact you within five business days to begin the intake process.
