Mondays-Thursdays 7:30am to 5:30pm AND Fridays 7:30am to 12pm.

Services Provided

TCOG offers help with energy services including utility assistance, weatherization of homes, water assistance, and family assistance such as referrals for the diaper bank, for low-income families.

Eligibility Requirements

-Must reside in Collin, Cooke, Denton, Fannin, Grayson, Hunt, and Rockwall counties
-Proof of income for all household members over the age of 18 for the previous thirty (30) days
-All pages (front and back) of your current utility bills
-Proof of Citizenship for ALL household members
-Proof of Identity for Adult (18 and older) household members
-Meet 150%-200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline

Limits

Must reside in Collin, Cooke, Denton, Fannin, Grayson, Hunt, and Rockwall counties. May apply for assistance once a year.
