Services Provided

Permanent Supportive Housing: Veteran Housing Partnership, Permanent Housing Services, and All Citizens Empowered
Rapid Rehousing: Time limited program for newly homeless families

Support Services, Landlord/Tenant Legal Workshop, and Emergency Rent and Utility Assistance are also offered

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants lacking adequate resources to maintain the residence after the emergency assistance is provided, may be required to take part in a financial literacy assessment and Coaching sessions needed to develop the skills necessary to remain self-sufficient. First come-first serve.
