Eligibility Requirements

-Must reside in one of the following zip codes: 75252, 75248, 75254, 75240, 75080, 75081, 75082, 75044, 75251, 75243, 75042, 75231, OR 75238
-Be at or below 185% of the 2023 Federal Poverty Line
-Proof of address showing that they live within Network's Service Area
-Documentation of Income
-Identification for all members of the household
