Program Synopsis

Master Leasing Program is a supportive housing program for individuals and families with an HIV/AIDS diagnosis. Clients will strive to overcome the barriers that led to homelessness and
venture on the path to self-sufficiency through individualized case management.
Master Leasing is requiring appointments for applicants and no further walk-in hours currently

Intake Process

By referral ONLY- applicants must complete an initial intake through Legacy’s Homebase for Housing. Walk –in hours are suspended until further notice due to COVID.
• Must have photo ID, Social security card and birth certificate or all adult household member
• Must have Birth Certificates and Social Security cards for every minor in the household
• Letter of Diagnosis
• Letter of Homelessness
• Proof of income or “No Income/No Assistance Attestation” signed by referring case manager
