| Intake Process | Call and schedule an intake or you can complete forms online then fax them to number listed above. You can also send an email to intake@freemanhouse.org. I.D or Social Security card required for intake, $625/month or $145/week for boarding, those on disability/ working pay monthly; must be clean from substances. Call 214-676-2693 for the men’s intake and call 469-740-1043 for the women’s. Hours: 8-8 Monday- Saturday, Sunday is by appointment only |
